Smiley Face Green Foil Balloon 18″
Set the tone for your party with one of our jolly, smiley face balloons. When filled with helium they will rise to the roof, and their happy faces will be seen by everyone, projecting the feeling of happiness throughout your party.
All our foil balloons are helium inflated and for instore collection (or local delivery up to 10 miles during lockdowns). If you’d like to turn your balloons into a display, you can add either another identical foil, some additional hearts or stars in complimentary colours and some latex balloons in complimentary colours using the dropdown boxes below.
Please note these balloons are made from foil and may conduct electricity. Please DO NOT release outdoors. Misuse may cause personal injury. Use with counterweights. Dispose of responsibly.
