Balloon Care Information
Aftercare:
We want you to have the best celebration possible.  We give your balloons to you looking amazing and want them to stay that way.  Balloons are sold as seen so any issues need to be raised when you take delivery.  Unfortunately, they do not come with a warranty so look after them.  For your balloons to continue looking their best here are some simple care instructions:
1.  Balloons are delicate.  We pour lots of love into creating them for you, so treat them like you love them.  Don’t squash them, bash them or drag them or expose them to anything sharp. They are likely to burst or deflate.
2.  Balloons are sensitive to temperature.  When the temperature changes they are vulnerable.  If they get too cold they might deflate.  If they get too hot they might burst.
3.  Balloons are vulnerable to weather.  Direct sunlight might affect the colours or cause them to burst.  Rain might mark them or cause them to drop or deflate.
4.  Air designs need to be placed on a smooth, clean surface to avoid damage

Safety Information:
We want you to be safe and enjoy your celebration.  Seek medical advice if
affected.
1.  Helium is not toxic or flammable, however inhaling helium can be dangerous and can result in death
2.  Uninflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard.  Always supervise children and pets around balloons.
3.  Ribbons and tails can pose a strangle hazard so never leave children or pets alone with balloons.
4.  If popped, balloons with confetti, feathers, lights, fake snow or other materials are a choking hazard if contents are ingested.  Do not leave children or pets alone with balloons.
5.  Balloons often contain latex which can cause an allergic reaction.
6.  Balloons should never be released outdoors, to protect the environment and animals.  Foil balloons can conduct electricity posing a danger if they get caught in power lines.

Enjoy your celebration
