22″ Happy Birthday Bubble Balloon
This Qualatex bubble balloon represent an explosion of party features. On the front, the words “Happy Birthday!” are printed, and brightly coloured presents and balloons are pictured while streamers and confetti explode around them.
Bubble balloons are made of stretch plastic and are non-allergenic and non-oxidising
All our bubble balloons are helium inflated and for instore collection (or local delivery up to 10 miles during lockdowns. If you’d like to turn your balloons into a display, you can add either another identical bubble, some additional hearts or stars in complimentary colours and some latex balloons in complimentary colours using the dropdown boxes below.
