16th Birthday Brilliant Stars Bubble Balloon 22″
This bubble balloon is circle shaped with the number “16” displayed around the balloon, with stars and swirls all around. Made of stretchy see-through plastic, the designs are printed on the front, back and inside to create a wonderful 3D effect. When inflated they are almost seamless and perfectly shaped.
All our bubble balloons are helium inflated and for instore collection (or local delivery up to 10 miles during lockdowns. If you’d like to turn your balloons into a display, you can add either another identical bubble, some additional hearts or stars in complimentary colours and some latex balloons in complimentary colours using the dropdown boxes below.
