18″ L Congratulations Car Pass Foil Balloon
Celebrate the excitement of passing a driving test with this 18″ foil balloon. Decorated with L plates and the words ‘Congratulations You’ve Passed!’. The balloon comes uninflated in retail packaging, suitable for inflation with air or helium.
All our foil balloons are helium inflated and for instore collection (or local delivery up to 10 miles during lockdowns). If you’d like to turn your balloons into a display, you can add either another identical foil, some additional hearts or stars in complimentary colours and some latex balloons in complimentary colours using the dropdown boxes below.
Please note these balloons are made from foil and may conduct electricity. Please DO NOT release outdoors. Misuse may cause personal injury. Use with counterweights. Dispose of responsibly.
