The traditional way to congratulate someone – throw a party! Streamers and confetti are joined by lots of balloons in order to jazz up the “Congratulations!” that are printed across the front of the balloon.

All our foil balloons are helium inflated and for instore collection (or local delivery up to 10 miles during lockdowns). If you’d like to turn your balloons into a display, you can add either another identical foil, some additional hearts or stars in complimentary colours and some latex balloons in complimentary colours using the dropdown boxes below.

Please note these balloons are made from foil and may conduct electricity. Please DO NOT release outdoors. Misuse may cause personal injury. Use with counterweights. Dispose of responsibly.
