Happy Birthday Candles 18″ Foil Balloon
This 18″ foil balloon is printed with a big HAPPY Birthday script, above lit coloured candles, on a white background decorated with colourful spots. The balloon is suitable for inflation with air or helium.
All our foil balloons are helium inflated and for instore collection (or local delivery up to 10 miles). If you’d like to turn your balloons into a display, you can add some additional hearts or stars in complimentary colours and some latex balloons in complimentary colours using the dropdown boxes below.
Please note these balloons are made from foil and may conduct electricity. Please DO NOT release outdoors. Misuse may cause personal injury. Use with counterweights. Dispose of responsibly.
