These 12″ 25th anniversary latex balloons are each decorated with the message ‘Happy 25th Anniversary’ surrounded with an all over print of sparkling stars. There are 5 balloons included in this pack, in assorted colours of pearl white backgrounds with a silver print and silver backgrounds with a pearl white print. Supplied in retail packaging the balloons are suitable for inflation with air or helium.
